Self-Reliance Empowerment and Enterprise Development for Poor Families (SEED4PF) is a household food security and Self-employment initiative being piloted to provide result-oriented outcome for designing an intervention that can be adopted among poor families in Kenya to address food insecurity and unemployment which is affecting many women and youth. This pilot phase is targeting 100 poor households with a practical learning on Agripreneurship. The project is introducing climate smart modern vegetable farming technology coupled with strengthening market value chain. the project is targeting women and youth because they are the majority with no source of income. SEED4PF project is being supported by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Women Business Hub (WomenBHub) is a grassroots non-profit Social Enterprise and alliance-building organization working with women and youth to create a just society where women and youth own land as a foundation for production, social justice, and economic empowerment. Women Business Hub is championing social justice, grassroots advocacy, networking, and collaborative opportunities that support indigent women and youth working in groups with limited access to resources.
