Young People thrive when they Connect with and are Empowered by Adults Outside their Families.

Women Business Hub is working with the school going female youths through Career Mentorship and Mental Health Programs to help the young girls learn  how their academic performance are highly connected with their career choices.    Skills like communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and flexibility have always been important for work and life. But they will be even more crucial for future generations.

Preparing today’s young women for tomorrow’s World is a task that cannot only be handled by parents and teachers alone. The digital age is rapidly changing our world and young people need the right mix of skills to thrive. Although academic skills remain important, they are not sufficient to foster thoughtful, productive, and engaged citizens. Young people especially the female adolescents need to develop a greater breadth of skills to evaluate and apply knowledge in ways that meet the new demands of our changing socio-economic landscape of our patriarchal society.

They offer direct services to communities while also advocating for better programming and policy environments. This allows them to influence the development, reach, implementation, and oversight of public systems and policies, as well as the contribution of a community to health.
