Changing How Women Farmers can transform their traditional Agriculture to Regenerative Farming for better yield and economic return.

Regenerative agriculture describes a broad set of food production methods with two clear and complementary outcomes: the production of high-quality food and the improvement of the surrounding natural ecosystem. Regenerative agriculture recognizes that farms are part of a larger ecosystem, and that agricultural activities must not just make withdrawals from this larger system, but also pay into it. However, Small holder farmers, who are women and youth face many challenges land being the main one. This means food security will be a major challenge if the energetic labor force is not innovatively engaged in farming. This challenge can be effectively addressed by vertical bag farms that need limited space to set and operate. These bags can be placed within the homestead at the balcony and can be irrigated easily with less amount of water. Vertical bag farming is a high-yielding food security technology that utilizes the vertical space to maximize on land and increase water efficiency. Real IPM uses VERTICAL BAGS to make vertical farming possible. Real IPM Vertical Bags are durable UV protected bags pre-punched with holes that increases production of leafy vegetables up to six times per square meter.

Why it is important to strengthen the Systems of community based organizations

Community organizations and networks are uniquely positioned to interact with affected communities, respond quickly to community needs and issues, and engage with affected and vulnerable groups. They offer direct services to communities while also advocating for better programming and policy environments. This allows them to influence the development, reach, implementation, and oversight of public systems and policies, as well as the contribution of a community to health.
